Senior Data Insights Analyst

Steadfast is seeking a Senior Data Insights Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful stories and helping leaders make better decisions through actionable insights. In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape how data drives business performance, improve decision‑making, and create commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Meet with stakeholders to understand priorities, explore business challenges, and identify opportunities where data can create value.
- Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
- Build dashboards, develop data models, automate insights using AI tools, and work with data engineers to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and fit for purpose.
- Present insights to senior leaders and support strategic projects to drive informed business decisions.
- Lead analytics and reporting initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption.
- Engage with brokers, insurers, and partner networks on strategic and operational analytics initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Key Activities

- Create dashboards, reports, data products, and visualisations that bring complex information to life.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, brokers, insurer partners, and technical teams.
- Consult, facilitate discussions, and challenge assumptions to uncover opportunities for data and AI to create value.
- Leverage AI, automation,



and modern cloud technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or similar tools).
- Strong SQL and Python skills with the ability to transform, model, and prepare data for reporting and analytics.
- Experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Azure SQL, and DBT.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, consulting, facilitation, and business analysis skills.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, confident engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in Agile and cross‑functional delivery environments.
- Financial services or insurance industry experience is highly regarded.
- Experience engaging brokers, insurers, customers, or partner networks is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies, especially AI and automation.
