Endeavour Foundation in Mackay is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist people with disabilities to live as independently as possible within our SIL home. The role offers permanent roster lines with 40–50 hours per fortnight and includes a mix of days, afternoons, and sleepovers.
You will support daily living tasks, help achieve NDIS goals, and promote safety and inclusive community involvement.
