- $90,000 – $130,000 + super, based on experience

What your week looks like
- Delivering person‑centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomes
- Building practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networks
- Working across community, home,
school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live, learn and play
- Developing evidence‑informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your input
- Contributing to a neuro‑affirming and innovative clinical culture
- Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes
- Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges
