Job Specification
As Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, patient counselling and vaccinations. You will also assist with the management of DAAs and contribute to achieving Pharmacy Practice Incentive goals and other key performance indicators.
Working alongside another Pharmacist, including at times the approachable pharmacy owner, you will be supported by a Dispense Technician,
Retail Manager and Pharmacy Assistants. The pharmacy is using Z Dispense and a Meditech dispensing robot.
Trading hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, and Saturday, 8.30am-12.30pm, and Sundays and public holidays are closed. The proposed fortnightly roster includes Tuesday to Saturday in week one and Monday to Saturday in week two, with the possibility of an additional RDO if required.
Skills Required
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Vaccination accreditation is essential.
- Strong leadership and pharmacy management capabilities.
- Confident dispensing and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to contribute to qualified services and pharmacy KPI's.
Salary and Benefits
$65-$70 per hour plus superannuation.
A furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is provided, located approximately 1km from the pharmacy.
