Responsibilities
- Delivering personalised support that builds independence
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting social activities and skill development
- Building positive relationships with participants and families
- Maintaining accurate records and safe practices
Qualifications
- Can-do attitude
- Experience in disability (minimum 2 years)
- Creative thinking and thrive in collaborative team environment
- Calm and confident in supporting people with complex behaviours

Requirements
