We are currently seeking experienced Electricians for ongoing fixed plant shutdowns at Talison Lithium – Greenbushes.

The Opportunity

This is more than just a single shutdown. Successful candidates will have the prospect to join our shutdown crew for ongoing day and night shift work across future shutdown campaigns.

Rates & Benefits

- Day Shift: $75.00 flat per hour
- Night Shift: $85.00 flat per hour
- Up to 3 hours travel allowance each way ($225 each direction )
- Paid 12-hour shifts (lunch breaks paid)
- Accommodation provided (off-site)
- Travel with the CrewSELECT team or use your own vehicle
- Ongoing shutdown opportunities for reliable performers

Scope of Work





Working on a lithium processing fixed plant, duties will include:

- General electrical shutdown maintenance
- Inspection and testing of electrical equipment
- Cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Replacing electrical components
- Re-torquing terminals
- Fault finding and testing to ensure plant reliability

About the Project

- Location: Talison Lithium – Greenbushes, WA
- Roster: Ongoing shutdown work
- Shift Length: 12-hour paid shifts
- Accommodation: Provided

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- HRWL – EWP
- Current LVR/CPR (within 12 months)
