Opening September 2026 | Brand-New 122-place service in Heathmont. This is a brand-new opportunity to help shape how it feels, how it runs and how learning comes to life from day one. We are looking for four Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educators from across the Story House network to join from the very beginning.

This role involves joining a newly opening service and contributing to a secure, inclusive and engaging learning environment for children, families and teams.

Responsibilities

- Complete a short one-way video interview if shortlisted to share your experience.
- Participate in an assessment day on 3 September at the service alongside other potential Educators.
- Demonstrate how you apply Story House values, build teamwork and relationships, and contribute to safe, inclusive environments for children.
- Help shape how the service operates from day one and bring our learning approach to life.
- Engage with leadership and communicate your strengths, experience and career goals.

Qualifications





- Four Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educators (specific to role).
- Experience across all age groups and ability to contribute to a brand-new service.
- Commitment to child safety and inclusive practices as core to the role.
