Role Summary

We’re looking for a Full‑Time Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at the Lake Conjola Holiday Park. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the park, ensuring guests and residents receive exceptional experiences while having fun!

Responsibilities

- Lead and support Front Office operations, supervising the team and allocating tasks on shift
- Deliver seamless, friendly check‑in and check‑out experiences in line with procedures
- Coordinate and deliver fun, engaging holiday activities within budget




- Drive sales and service standards to achieve strong guest satisfaction and NPS results
- Maintain site presentation, safety, and operations, including caretaking support, payments, bookings, and issue logging

Qualifications

- Passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service
- Experience in hospitality or tourism, or a strong enthusiasm for building skills in a guest‑focused role
- Confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems such as Newbook, or eager to learn in a tech‑enabled environment
- Collaborative, communicative with empathy, and a strong eye for detail
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current automatic driver’s licence

All applicants must be able to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights, and must undergo a National Police Check. All employees of Ingenia Communities must undergo a National Police Check.
