An chance has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Acute Care sector in Victoria. This role offers the chance to build and shape a territory, develop meaningful partnerships with care providers, and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within acute care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute territory plans, including pipeline management, forecasting and sales activity planning.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations to prospective clients.




- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience selling healthcare equipment in the acute care sector, with a preference towards hospital beds and pressure care.
- Existing relationships with key hospital staff, including procurement and clinical departments.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop sales territories from the ground up.
