The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Dewatering Supervisor, you will lead and provide support and guidance to the dewatering team as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives mine.
Up to six months' free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications
- Current manual driver's licence (HR desirable)
- Experience in a similar surface mining role
- Trade qualification, butt welding (PMBWELD301B) and Integrated Tool Handler experience - desirable.
About the Role
- Lead daily dewatering activities, including the safe installation and movement of pipelines, pumps and associated equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting to keep dewatering systems operating efficiently and support production needs.
- Support and mentor the dewatering team while ensuring robust safety, environmental compliance and housekeeping standards.
