About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in delivering complex and meaningful projects across the Data Centre, Industrial and Mission Critical Sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your client-side career, working alongside a supportive and flexible team that values professional growth, initiative, and the delivery of exceptional project outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data centre and mission critical infrastructure projects, partnering with leading clients in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, providing strategic advice, stakeholder management, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You

- 10+ years' experience in property project management, with exposure to Data Centres, Health, Industrial or other Mission Critical projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline.
- Experience with project planning, including planning applications, procurement and management of consultants, and coordination of design.
- Practical in office construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
- Experience working in live operational environments, including stakeholder coordination to enable works.
- Proven client-side consultancy experience or a comparable project leadership background.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
