Mind Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker for a 3-month fixed-term, part time (15 hours per week) role in Pakenham. The position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster with sleepover shifts, providing recovery-oriented supports to clients living with mental ill health.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, helping clients build daily living skills, social connections and independence, in line with Mind’s Recovery Oriented Practice and Haven service model.
