The Role

We're looking for an energetic, phone-loving Partner Sales Coordinator to join our Dell team. This is a phone-first role focused on driving partner activity, keeping our pipeline moving and converting Dell-supplied leads into revenue. You'll spend most of your day on outbound calls chasing deal updates, qualifying leads, renewing bid registrations and driving partner engagement with Dell programs and events.

The role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone, has the energy to make 30+ outbound calls a day without losing steam, and is organised enough to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a solid entry point into IT distribution,

with a clear path into partner account management, external BDM or vendor management roles for the right person.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to channel partners to progress opportunities, qualify Dell-supplied leads and drive partner engagement.
- Manage Dell deal registrations and renewals, ensuring opportunities are actioned before expiry.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews with partners, updating opportunity data and providing timely updates to the Dell account team.
- Follow up on Dell-generated leads, capture outcomes and maintain accurate records within CRM and vendor systems.
- Promote Dell programs, incentives, training opportunities, webinars and events to maximise partner participation and sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue technology refresh and cross-sell opportunities within the partner base.
- Maintain high-quality pipeline, lead and customer data across internal systems and vendor platforms.
- Prepare reporting on pipeline performance, lead activity and partner engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Product Managers and Dell stakeholders to support sales objectives.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the Dell portfolio, partner programs and the IT channel ecosystem.

What you will need to succeed in the role

- A confident and skilled phone manner, with a genuine enjoyment of outbound calling and building relationships.
- The energy,

resilience and drive to consistently make 30+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners and build rapport remotely.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and follow-ups.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results.
- A genuine interest in technology, channel sales or IT distribution, with a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, contact centre or other high-volume customer-facing roles (0-2 years preferred). Recent graduates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM platforms and vendor systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of, or curiosity about, the IT channel and distribution model, combined with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- A highly competitive salary package depending upon experience
- Hybrid and sustainable working environment
- Staff only on-site gym & weekly corporate fitness classes
- A selection of freshly prepared lunch options provided daily
- Free on-site parking and electric parking stations
- A relaxed, modern office setting with smart casual dress
- Access to discounted banking, superannuation, and health and wellbeing offers via our corporate partners
- Company paid parental leave scheme
- Employee Assistance Program
- On site school holiday program for children of Dicker Data staff

Only those with the legal right to work in Australia may apply for this position.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
