- Lead the functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Design scalable frameworks that support multi-location and multi-country deployment, balancing local regulatory requirements with a global template
- Translate HR policy, awards, agreements, and operational requirements into transparent EC configuration and design artefacts
- Lead or support design workshops and fit-to-standard sessions
- Develop functional specifications and configuration workbooks
- Coordinate integration and UAT cycles, including complex scenario testing
- Support cutover planning and production readiness
