What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering for Clients
- Own defined components of asset management projects — CMMS master data, maintenance strategy, reliability improvement
- Produce quality deliverables including gap analyses, data reports, and recommendations
- Co‑facilitate workshops and working sessions with client operational and maintenance teams
- Build genuine working relationships with client site teams and represent COSOL professionally
Delivering Great Work
- Analyse asset data, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings clearly to the team and client
- Manage your own tasks and workload to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Escalate risks and issues to your Senior Consultant when needed — no one works in isolation here
Building the Practice
- Support and mentor Analysts on project teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and methodology development
- Get exposure to proposals and business development activity as you grow
What You’ll Bring
The non‑negotiables:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in asset management, reliability, maintenance, or a related heavy industry field
- A genuine engineering background — mining, mechanical, reliability, maintenance, or electrical
- Experience working in or alongside heavy industry site operations
The skills that set you apart:
- Working knowledge of asset management frameworks — RCM, FMEA, ISO 55000
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to SAP PM or IBM Maximo is a bonus
- Clear communicator who's comfortable on site and in client meetings
- Organised, delivery‑focused, and genuinely hungry to grow in consulting
