About the role

TKL Contractors are looking for reliable and hardworking general labourers to join our team. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including backfilling of pools, manual handling and assisting tradespeople as required.

Responsibilities

- Carry out general labouring duties on site, including but not limited to backfilling of pools, assisting with limestone wall construction, assisting the concrete team, assisting the paving team, assisting the carpentry team, assisting the fencing team and assisting the earthworks team.
- Load, unload and move materials safely
- Assist with basic construction, assembly or maintenance tasks
- Support the team with any other duties as required

What we are Looking For

- A current and valid 'C' class manual drivers licence or higher




- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn recent things
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team or unsupervised and follow instructions
- White card (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Previous labouring or construction experience an advantage, but not essential
