We are hiring a Room Attendant for the RACV City Club. The role is a key part of our housekeeping team and involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our club and resort facilities.

Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for:

- Day‑to‑day turnover of rooms including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking of amenities.
- Maintaining and presenting rooms and public areas to the club’s high standards.
- Adhering to strict timelines and working effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests.
- Personalising service with keen attention to detail and a strong focus on guest experience.
- Working a 7‑day rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping experience is desired but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented work ethic.
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capacity to work a 7‑day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays.
