Compliance Officer – Baseline Cleared Contract Role
Join a compliance-focused team supporting important review activities across payment and compensation invoice processes. This role suits a detail-oriented Compliance Officer with strong evidence assessment, stakeholder engagement, decision documentation and records management skills.
Location & Contract Details
- Location: VIC, WA
- Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12‑month extension
- Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
- Closing Date: 10:00am, 21 July 2026
Essential Tasks
- Conduct Manual Payment Review compliance reviews using approved checklists.
- Review compensation invoices, medical reports and information requests.
- Analyse data and assess outcomes against legislation, policy and business rules.
- Document clear, accurate decisions with detailed rationale and evidence.
Key Criteria
- Current Baseline security clearance.
- Strong compliance review,
evidence assessment and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, registers and confidential information.
