Journey Early Learning Group seeks an Educational Leader to champion pedagogy at Echuca West and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS. You will guide reflective practice, strengthen family partnerships, and lead with a child-centered approach in a new centre.
The role is available full-time or permanent part time across Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop leadership and participate in Journey Academy and state-based training.
