We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and expand an established portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services (MPS). This is a territory-based role focused on helping customers optimise their print environment, reduce operating costs, and improve business efficiency while positioning Ricoh as their trusted technology partner.

What you’ll do

- Grow and retain an existing portfolio of Managed Print Services customers.
- Identify opportunities to optimise print fleets, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Drive contract renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, Procurement, and Operations.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role

- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, Managed Print Services (MPS), Print Solutions, or Office Technology Sales.
- Proven success in: B2B sales; Account growth and customer retention; New business acquisition; Territory management; Pipeline management and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS), Office Print, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Fleet Optimisation, Cost Per Copy (CPC), Leasing, and Managed Services (highly desirable).




- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
