The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a true 360 role within a specialist Health division.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (BD through to placement)
- Develop and grow client partnerships (Government, NGOs, & Private)
- Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain your own desk like it's your business
- Generate leads, build pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Negotiate offers and close deals confidently
- You will have autonomy + full support and training behind you.
