LMM Holdings Pty Ltd Volvo Cars Brisbane North, part of the Sime Motors Group, offers an opportunity for a skilled Technician to join a dedicated Service team. The role focuses on delivering quality workmanship for servicing vehicles in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will service, diagnose and repair vehicles within manufacturer specifications as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and timeframes.
- Deliver quality workmanship and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a dealership and/or prestige automotive environment.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems.
- High standards of workmanship with pride in output.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
