We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Station Services Coordinator / Homestead Help to join the team at Gallipoli Station, NT.
About NAPCo
The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) was founded in 1877 and is one of Australia's leading beef cattle companies, managing over 6.1 million hectares, the largest single herd in the world and home to Five Founders Beef. NAPCo employs approximately 220 staff operating across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with 15 cattle stations, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and an office in Brisbane's CBD.
Gallipoli Station, NT
Set on the Barkly Tableland in the Northern Territory, Gallipoli Station offers a unique opportunity to live and work on one of NAPCo’s key cattle breeding properties. Located approximately 100 km northwest of Camooweal and four hours west of Mount Isa, Gallipoli is part of a network of neighbouring NAPCo stations including Alexandria, Soudan and Mittiebah. Spanning around 400,000 hectares and running approximately 20 000-head breeding operation.
The Role
Supporting the Station Manager and wider station team, this diverse role combines administration, homestead domestic and gardening support with general station services responsibilities. Duties include:
- Supporting day‑to‑day station administration, record keeping and office activities
- Assisting with visitors, contractors and station communications
- Ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requirements
- Maintaining clean, tidy and welcoming accommodation, amenities, etc.
- Assisting with general cleaning,
gardening and presentation of station facilities
- Supporting the efficient operation of station activities as required
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous office administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of tasks
- General cleaning, housekeeping and gardening skills
- A commitment to working safely and in accordance with NAPCo's HSE policies and procedures
- Previous experience on a cattle station or similar rural environment is advantageous but not essential

Pre‑employment requirements
