We are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about creating growth strategies for international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families. The role involves supporting and mentoring a team to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a varied client portfolio of international, corporate, privately owned businesses and high net worth families in collaboration with teams across the firm
- Build close working relationships with clients to provide proactive growth solutions
- Develop and implement commercial structures to help clients achieve business and personal goals
- Lead and develop a team of associates and senior associates
- Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and develop a specialisation of choice
Skills & Experience (Qualifications)
- CA/CPA Qualified with a solid finance degree or equivalent
- Experience with privately owned businesses, high net worth families and corporate clients
- Proven leadership of robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Driven and growth-focused with the ability to elevate service offerings
- Versatile, adaptable and innovative approach to solving complex problems
