Blackbook Executive is seeking a General Manager of Manufacturing to lead and optimise all manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, planning, warehousing, finance and HR functions. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategic leadership, safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the site in Melbourne.
The role requires senior FMCG leadership, a track record of delivering large capital projects, and a strong commercial acumen to manage P&L; and cost drivers in a rapid-paced environment.
