We are currently seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to build AI Assistants & Agentic Workflows and to Automate Engineering & Network Workflows.

Qualifications

- Experience in Software-network engineering, automation or AI/ML roles
- Experience building, debugging & scaling automation workflows, scripts or infrastructure-as-code pipelines
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
- Robust programming skills for automation and experience in Software-Network Delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in Automation & Orchestration - experience with Ansible - writing,



structuring & scaling playbooks-roles and Python for network-process automation.
- Experience in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG & AI assistant lifecycle management
- Experience CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD & version control.
- Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms & containerised applications - Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience in Data: Data handling, processing, and transformation.
- Experience in telecom, networking, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience in workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint.
- Experience in FTTx Access Network: GPON/XGSPON (OLT, ONT), Intent-Based or Networking.
- FTTx EMS Applications: Containerised (AAC), Virtualised (ACS, AMS).
