As a member of the Catering team, you will be preparing high quality food and providing a great dining service to our residents to ensure a high quality of life.

We are seeking someone who is available to work these two permanent catering shifts each week and is also willing to assist with additional Catering and Cleaning shifts to support annual leave, sick leave, and other unplanned absences across the home. Please note that your permanent part‑time contract will be for the two catering shifts only; however, there will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as they become available.

This role is ideal for a flexible team member who enjoys variety and is happy to work across both Catering and Cleaning services. In return, you'll have access to additional hours, greater flexibility, and a diverse and rewarding work week within a supportive team workplace.

About the Role

- Providing resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining service and assisting residents as required
- Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents,



closely following all policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you’ll need

- A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential
- Valuable understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain
