Role

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that centre around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

Responsibilities

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering.
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home, domestic assistance – vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed linen, essential meal preparation, grocery shopping assistance).
- Engaging in social activities as required.

Location

In‑home care to clients across the Yarra Ranges Shire & City of Maroondah Council.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.




- Minimum 6‑12 months experience in a similar role (community setting highly desirable).
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Police Check valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain.
- Australian driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
