Oakgrove Industries is expanding and is looking for a highly skilled Cabinet Maker who takes genuine pride in producing outstanding work. We don't build volume cabinetry—we build custom joinery where precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail matter.

The role
You’ll be responsible for manufacturing and assembling premium custom cabinetry to a consistently high standard. You’ll work from detailed plans, maintain excellent quality control, and contribute to a workshop where workmanship and efficiency go hand in hand.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified cabinet maker or has extensive industry experience
- Produces work they are genuinely proud to put their name to
- Can confidently read and interpret detailed drawings
- Has excellent machining, assembly and problem-solving skills
- Works efficiently without compromising quality
- Is reliable, organised and takes ownership of their work
- Contributes positively to a team environment including mentoring
