What You’ll Do

Based at Mount Hawthorn Office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision,



monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

- PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Behaviour Support
