About the Role

At Sime Group, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to design, develop and implement engaging training solutions that strengthen workforce capability, support compliance and drive positive safety outcomes across our operations.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deliver HSE training programs, assessments and learning resources.
- Create engaging classroom, workplace and digital learning solutions.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify capability gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement.
- Manage training data, reporting and compliance records using learning systems.
- Support facilitators and stakeholders in training delivery.
- Coordinate development of learning assets with external providers where required.

Qualifications

- Qualifications in Education, Training, Safety or a related field.
- Experience designing and developing training programs in industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.




- Ability to translate complex technical and safety information into practical learning content.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and workforce capability development.
