The Opportunity
Position: Store Person (Casual to Full Time)
FIFO 2:1 Roster: 7 Day shifts & 7 Night shifts, then 7 Days Off
11.5 hours per shift

Essential Requirements for role
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Person or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the mining, industrial or maintenance industry is preferred.
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- White Card (essential).
- Experience using inventory management or stock control systems.
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and meet site access requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming materials, spare parts, tools and consumables.
- Pick, pack and issue materials and equipment to support daily maintenance operations and shutdown activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of critical spare parts and consumables.
- Load, unload and dispatch freight safely using forklifts and other approved equipment (where licensed).
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure storage area in accordance with company procedures.
- Support maintenance teams by preparing materials, tools and equipment for planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Comply with all site safety requirements, company policies and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
- Perform other reasonable duties within the employee's skills, qualifications and competency, as directed by the Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
