About the Role

Arcare Hove is a 121‑bed residence that offers a rare opportunity for a Lifestyle Coordinator to help shape culture and resident engagement at Arcare’s first South Australian residence.

Key Responsibilities

- Activity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to residents’ interests, abilities and preferences.
- Resident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs‑based programming is occurring.
- Program Implementation: Oversee execution of planned activities and events, ensuring that the activities are well‑organised, safe and inclusive.
- Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Cert IV Leisure & Health.
- Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn.
- Team-oriented and skilled at teamwork.




- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care (desirable).
