About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and as the head of the home, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This rewarding leadership role gives you the opportunity to drive quality care, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth operation of the home.

Responsibilities

- Find the best way forward for our residents and people
- Run a tight ship – maintaining efficiency and operational safety
- Keep the lights on and make sure revenue targets are met
- Inspire your team to perform and grow
- Build ties with the community to everyone’s benefit

Qualifications

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Spent at least five years in a management role
- A background in aged or medical care
- Experienced with a number of different systems
