Senior Field Service Technician

Location: Katherine, NT

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to assess their security requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Generate tailored solutions with a specific emphasis on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems
- Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to help guide customers’ purchasing decisions
- Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third‑party equipment (training provided)
- Configuration of security systems hardware and software
- Diagnose faults and repairs on security systems

Qualifications

- Experience as Security Technician or Electrician
- Ability to understand and explain electronic security systems to clients (training provided)




- Solid communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Self‑motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to obtain NV1
- Ability to be on call, work a rotating roster
