We're looking for two experienced Risk Analysts to join our Group Risk & Compliance team and support the delivery of a significant enterprise risk management uplift program.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
- Assisting with governance and reporting improvements, including risk committee support.
- Contributing to the development of an integrated risk architecture across risks, controls, obligations, incidents, and issues.
- Preparing guidance materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinating activities, actions, and deliverables across multiple uplift initiatives.
About you
- 5–8+ years’ experience in Risk, Compliance, Risk Transformation, or a similar discipline.
- Experience contributing to the design, development, or uplift of risk and compliance frameworks.
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organisations.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with APRA prudential standards, including CPS 220, CPS 230, and CPS 234.
