Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Orthopaedics commercial teams in delivering impactful sales and marketing initiatives across NSW.

This role will play a critical part in enabling the execution of business strategies by providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to Marketing and Sales teams. You will work closely across functions to ensure seamless delivery of materials, events, and processes that support customer engagement and business performance.

About You

Degree qualified and previous experience in coordination, administration, marketing and/or events within medical devices or pharmaceutical setting is advantageous but not essential.

Strong administrative, planning and organizational abilities.

Excellent project management and prioritization skills, along with a high attention to detail.

Collaborative team player, results- and solution-focused.

Proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills.

Future Transition Information

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
