Job Specification
- Dispense prescriptions and provide professional patient counselling.
- Deliver clinical services and evidence‑based health advice.
- Complete Webster pack checking and chart dispensing.
- Assist with medication ordering and clinical supply for a nearby urgent care hospital (approximately three hours per week).
- Liaise with local aged care facilities and other healthcare providers.
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient‑first pharmacy culture.
Skills Required
- General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Around 1–2 years’ Australian community pharmacy experience preferred.
- ACOP and vaccination accreditation are well regarded.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Hospital pharmacy experience or vaccination accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
