Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Accounting & Tax team in Canberra. This is a pivotal role suited to a highly motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service support.
Please note: This is a full‑time permanent position based in the office Mon‑Fri and requires some ad‑hoc Reception support.
Your role, your contribution!
- Welcoming clients and managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Liaising with advisors, partners and team members to support efficient and high‑quality client outcomes.
- Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including lodging tax returns, handling ATO correspondence and coordinating office supplies.
- Supporting client data management processes, including collating financial statements and tax returns, invoicing, WIP management, liaising with the ATO on various matters and document management.
What you bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience in a client‑facing role (financial services industry highly regarded but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
