We are seeking skilled operators to join a high-performing mining operation at Brockman 4, working on a production fleet operating 3600 and 5600 excavators. The Role
This position will be focused primarily on:
- Operating 3600 and 5600 production excavators
- Safe and efficient loading of haul trucks
- Achieving production targets while maintaining high safety standards
- Conducting pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks
- Working closely with supervisors, dispatch, and other production personnel
- Maintaining equipment in accordance with site procedures and reporting requirements
- Contributing to a productive and positive team workplace
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience operating 3600 and/or 5600 excavators in a production mining environment
- Strong understanding of safe mining practices and operational procedures
- Ability to work effectively across day and night shifts
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable work ethic and commitment to achieving production outcomes
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site requirements
