Full Stack Developer — AI-Native Platform Builder (WFH + Equity Potential)

Build four businesses. Own a piece of each.

You'll work directly with a Brisbane tech business owner who has four ventures at the exciting stage: the ideas are proven, the front doors are built, and now they need the right person to turn them into real, revenue-generating platforms. To be explicit about what this role is: you're not being hired to sit at the end of a ticket queue.

You'll operate as a partner in these businesses — building the platforms, yes, but also bringing your own ideas on product, growth and revenue to the table. We keep the business names off public job boards — shortlisted candidates get the full picture, live sites included.

- A fintech venture modernising how businesses recover money owed to them — friendlier and far cheaper than the incumbents. Live site built; needs its operating platform: client portals, payments, automation and integrations.
- A two-sided workforce marketplace connecting a verified, high-quality casual workforce with employers, with pay and compliance fully handled. Fully mocked up; needs to be built end-to-end: onboarding, matching, timesheets, invoicing.
- A real-time feedback SaaS for customer-facing organisations — fast phone-friendly surveys with smart routing, live dashboards and alerts. Site built; needs its SaaS engine: survey builder, dashboards, subscriptions and billing.
- A consumer membership app for the hospitality and social scene — venue rewards, member deals and a live social layer. Concept and site built; needs the full app build: memberships and payments, venue partner portal,



and real-time features.

All four have been prototyped using Claude — and that's exactly how we want to keep building. This is a role for a developer who has embraced AI-assisted development and can ship in days what used to take months.

What you'll do

- Take AI-built websites and prototypes to production: databases, authentication, payments, admin dashboards and third-party integrations.
- Build and ship using AI-native tools — Claude Code and equivalents — as your primary way of working, with the judgment to review, harden and secure what they produce.
- Own the technical stack across all four ventures: architecture, hosting, security, and compliance basics (payments, identity verification, data privacy).
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to prioritise ruthlessly — you'll help decide what gets built, not just build it.
- Contribute ideas to grow the businesses — product direction, pricing, growth experiments. If you spot an opportunity, you're expected to raise it and often to run with it.
- Move each business from prototype to paying customers, then keep iterating from real user feedback.

What you'll bring

- Solid full-stack experience — you've built and shipped real web applications, not just contributed to them.




- Genuine fluency with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) — you can show us things you've built this way.
- Comfort with the whole picture: front end, APIs, databases, deployment, payment gateways (e.g. Stripe) and integrations.
- A genuine self-starter — working from home across four ventures, you'll set your own priorities, chase down loose ends without being asked, and keep things moving without daily supervision.
- Commercial instincts — you think about what makes each business money, not just what makes the code elegant, and you enjoy pitching ideas as much as shipping them.
- A startup temperament — pragmatic, happy juggling several products, and biased toward shipping over polishing.
- Bonus points for experience with marketplaces, fintech/payments, or compliance-heavy products.
