That's the experience our cleaners create every day. At Smart Suites, we manage over 100 holiday rentals across Brisbane's southside (Sunnybank, Rocklea, Acacia Ridge, Kuraby and Carina), and we need reliable cleaners to help keep them guest-ready.
/n
What's on offer
/n
/n
- $45 -$120 AUD per clean (average 23 hours)
/n
- Daytime work between 9am - 3pm (perfect for parents or anyone after flexible hours)
/n
- Contractor role ABN required (well help you sort one if you don't have it)
/n
- Extra work available on weekends and busy periods
/n
- Clear checklists and support from a friendly team
/n/n
What you'll be doing
/n
/n
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms,
bedrooms and living areas to a hotel standard
/n
- Changing linen and towels
/n
- Making sure each property is reset and ready for the next guest
/n
- Reporting any issues or damage with quick photo updates
/n/n
What you'll need
/n
/n
- ABN (or willingness to get one)
/n
- Police Check (willing to obtain one)
/n
- Your own transport (car or scooter)
/n
- Some cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (Airbnb, hotel, house cleaning)
/n
- Able to work weekends when needed
