Permanent Part-Time $39–$45/hr + Super + Allowances

Rostered Hours

Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

+ 2 hours of admin time per week

Job Description

Duties

- Lead & develop your team – mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
- Deliver outstanding programs – plan and deliver engaging, child-led,



and age-appropriate activities
- Build robust community connections – develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team
- Ensure quality & compliance – maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly

Qualifications

Skills and experience

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) – completed or in progress
- Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Australian work rights
