The Role

- Work with the Store Manager to embed a culture of engagement among product and brand ambassadors
- Identify operational opportunities and make commercial decisions that improve customer experience and store results
- Manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets
- Help identify the team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance




- Plan and communicate targets to motivate the team to achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss‑prevention standards
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on impact projects worldwide
- Maximum‑term contract until April 2027, with opportunity to become permanent
