You will shape the systems, culture and standards that support safe, high-quality care and collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to strengthen capability.

You will combine regulatory expertise with robust leadership to drive continuous improvement and respond to a changing aged-care landscape, while engaging stakeholders and guiding teams
