An outstanding prospect exists for an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join CuFe Limited, an ASX-listed company committed to technical excellence, safety and meaningful exploration outcomes across a variety of projects within Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

In this senior technical leadership role, you will drive geological interpretation, target generation and exploration program delivery across a portfolio of highly prospective copper, gold and iron ore projects, ranging from advanced resource projects through to early-stage exploration. You will work closely with technical professionals across a broad range of disciplines within a small, experienced and dynamic technical team.

This role is ideal for a technically credible, hands-on exploration geologist who brings a strong understanding of modern exploration techniques and is ready to be part of a rapidly growing company.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead the planning and execution of exploration programs, including geological mapping, geochemical sampling, AC, RC and diamond drilling.
- Integrate geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to develop geological models and generate, rank and prioritise exploration targets.
- Supervise exploration teams and contractors in the field, ensuring activities are delivered safely and to the highest technical standards.
- Manage logging, sampling, QAQC, database management and data validation processes across all programs.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, exploration plans and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of JORC Code (2012)



compliant technical reports and ASX announcements.
- Monitor and manage exploration expenditure, program performance and project timelines.
- Mentor, coach and develop junior geologists and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Liaise with landholders, Traditional Owners, contractors and regulatory stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and meet statutory obligations.
- Ensure all exploration activities are conducted in compliance with legislation, environmental and heritage requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of Company systems and procedures.
- Contribute to exploration strategy and support resource growth and project advancement objectives.

About You

You are a technically strong, field-ready exploration geologist with a passion for discovery and a track record of delivering results. You will bring:

- 8+ years’ experience in copper and/or gold exploration, with demonstrated expertise in geological interpretation, target generation and exploration program delivery.
- Proven experience designing and executing geological mapping, geochemical sampling, AC, RC and diamond drilling programs.




- Demonstrated experience supervising exploration teams and contractors in remote field environments.
- Proficiency in geological modelling and GIS software (preferably Vulcan) and QGIS.
- Strong understanding of drilling techniques, sampling protocols and QAQC procedures.
- Sound knowledge of WA and/or NT mining legislation, exploration compliance, and environmental and heritage requirements.
- Excellent technical reporting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Geology.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (Manual).
- Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (WA) and WHS Risk Assessment units (desirable).
- Eligibility for membership with a recognised professional geological organisation.
- Ability and willingness to work both on a regular roster within the Perth Office and a flexible FIFO style roster for field work in often remote environments.
