Kilargo is part of the dormakaba group, is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of high-performance door seals used in fire protection, soundproofing, and efficiency. We’re looking for a reliable Despatch Team Member to join our team. You’ll help ensure goods are packed, loaded, and despatched on time and accurately. What you will do

- Picking and packing orders safely and accurately.
- Loading and unloading trucks, sorting, and stacking materials.
- Completing paperwork and data entry for consigning goods.
- Double-checking labels and consignment details.
- Performing cycle stock counts
- Ensuring the facility is clean and tidy

What we require

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to pitch in where needed.

- High attention to detail to minimize despatch errors and ensure accurate orders.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and checking system-generated reports.
- Forklift license (LF)



is required; high reach experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet customer demands.
- Available to work the afternoon shift Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
