About the Role

Brunswick Baths is looking for energetic, confident and motivated individuals to join our Swim School team as a Swim School Instructor.

Responsibilities

- Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
- Work in a team workplace with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to relevant safety and training standards.

Skills & Attributes

- Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team.

Qualifications

- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check.
- Current AUSTSWIM Certificate - or equivalent.

If you have recently completed a swimming instructor course and wish to undertake your required training with us, please contact the Centre.
