We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Night Shift Supervisor for our Brisbane Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Responsibilities





- Assisting the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability
- Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets
- Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease risk and/or cost to accidents
- Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region
- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures

Qualifications

- Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets
- Experience working with KPIs
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster
- Full drivers license
- Full Australian work rights
