Carinity is seeking compassionate Youth Workers to support young people aged 12–17 who cannot live with their families. This hands‑on, shift‑based role includes days, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, and is aimed at providing 24/7 therapeutic care in a family‑like workplace.
You will help with daily routines, emotional support and life skills development, while collaborating with a wider therapeutic team to ensure consistent, trauma‑informed care for resilient young people.
